FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

What does the momme (mm) density designation mean?

Momme is a unit of measurement that describes the weight and density of silk. A higher momme means that it is
100 m of fabric has more silk threads gathered together. This makes the product heavier, more compact and more durable even when washed.

Our products belong to the Charmeuse silk quality. We have chosen the top rank of this category for all products due to softness, durability and sustainability, which is why our products are 19 momme or 25 momme density.

What does the 6A code mean?

Raw silk threads are officially classified into 11 quality grades (6A, 5A, 4A, 3A, 2A,
A, B, C, D, E, F). The most commonly used classification is from 6A to A. Some
Among the criteria are: uniformity, size, purity, orderliness, persistence and
thread stretching.

Category 6A includes silk threads of the highest quality! This means that they are
weaving silk fabrics using the most durable pearly white silk threads
colors. The products are thus more luxurious and durable than products from lower grades.

All our silk products fall into the 6A category.

How should I wash silk products?

Washing silk (19–25 momme):

By hand or in the washing machine: use a mild detergent and the delicates/wool program or the quick daily program.

Water temperature: lukewarm (up to 30 °C).

Don't rub; squeeze gently or let the washing machine do the work.

Avoid the dryer; dry on a flat surface, away from direct sunlight

The washed product should be allowed to air dry thoroughly.

Because these are 100% natural materials, mold may form if the product is exposed to moisture or wet for too long.

Set the iron to low heat or steam.

I accidentally washed your products with others at a higher temperature than you recommended and put it in the dryer. What now?

It's okay, the product will still maintain its compactness and functionality, which is why we chose a higher density and purity rating.

Before we launched our products, we tested them for two years with a durability test and anticipated situations that might arise. However, we recommend that you follow the maintenance instructions on our product label to extend its lifespan.

What materials are baby cribs made of?

Our baby blankets are made of 100% Mullberry silk (19 momme and 6a quality), and the ear filling is filled with 100% cotton from extremely soft, safe and certified materials suitable for baby's sensitive skin. Each baby blanket is tested according to baby product standards.

Are pacifiers safe for newborns?

Yes, the baby carriers are specially designed for babies and newborns. We recommend that

that the baby uses them under supervision and in accordance with safe sleep guidelines.

Each doll is tested according to children's product standards and has also been CE certified.

What is an “evening card”?

The Evening Card is a gentle, interactive card that introduces a routine for a light evening and a more restful sleep through a fairy tale. It helps children (and parents!) create a pleasant bedtime ritual.

How do I use the evening card with my child?

Scan the QR code with your smartphone, which will take you to a web link that contains a recording of the real sound of the Slovenian Forest. Then, read the contents of the card together with your child and turn the steps written in the form of a fairy tale into a relaxing evening routine - calming down, preparing for sleep, gentle rituals of connection.

Can you translate Dragon's Evening Magic (evening card) into English?

Are the products suitable for gifts?

Of course! Our products are a great choice for a variety of gifts such as births, baby showers, birthdays, weddings and other important events for you or your loved ones.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders that do not include personalization are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders with personalization are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery usually takes 2-4 days, depending on location and delivery service.

Is registration required to purchase?

No registration is required to purchase.

I have a discount code, where do I enter it?

You can enter the discount code at checkout, before entering your delivery information.

Can I get an original company invoice?

Of course! Write to us at info@lnem.si and we will prepare it for you. Don't forget to include all company information.

Can I order business gifts from you? Is it possible to have my logo embroidered?

Do you offer gift certificates?

Of course. You can choose a gift voucher worth 10 EUR, 20 EUR or 50 EUR. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You can order gift vouchers by e-mail info@lnem.si.

What if I don't have a smartphone, how do I access the QR code of the fairy tale?

Write to us at info@lnem.si and we will arrange access to the audio part of the fairy tale for you.

Can you also send a package abroad?

Of course, we also deliver packages outside Slovenia. For international shipping, the shipping cost is slightly higher, depending on the country you want to send the package to. Delivery time usually takes 2 to 10 business days. Delivery time may be longer in countries where customs procedures are required.

I received a damaged product. What now?

Write to us at info@lnem.si , attach a photo and we will resolve the unpleasant situation and replace the product as soon as possible.

Can I return or exchange a personalized product?

Because embroidered products (names, monograms) are made according to your exact instructions and tailored to your personal needs, withdrawal from the contract and refunds are unfortunately not possible.

The exception is cases where there is a physical defect in the product or damage during delivery. In such a case, please notify us within 8 days of receipt at info@lnem.si and attach a photo of the defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Unfortunately, cancellation is not possible for personalized gifts (i.e. where we embroider the name of the child or recipient according to your instructions). Cancellation is possible for all other orders if the package has not yet been shipped. If the package has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In this case, the refund upon receipt procedure is usually used.

Who should I contact in case of a return or complaint?

In case of a complaint or product exchange, please contact us at info@lnem.si , state the reason and attach a photo. This way we can help you as quickly as possible.

What are the delivery costs?

The cost of delivery via GLS is EUR 3.99. If you pick up the package in person, we will not charge you for the delivery cost.

Can I pick up the package in person?

Yes, you can pick up the package in person at the company's headquarters at Zagrebška ulica 28, 1000 Ljubljana, by arrangement. In this case, you will not pay the delivery fee.
