RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

A buyer who purchases goods as a consumer has the right, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

The buyer must notify the provider of the withdrawal by email at info@lnem.si and return the goods undamaged, in the same quantity and in the original packaging.

⚠ Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (ZVPot-1, Article 135): The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts whose subject matter is goods manufactured according to the consumer's precise instructions or adapted to his personal needs.

Because the L'neM online store offers embroidered or personalized products, returns are not legally possible for these products, except in the case of a material defect or damage during delivery.

If the buyer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must notify the provider within 8 days of receipt and attach proof (photo). The provider will fix the defect, replace the product or refund the purchase price.

MATERIAL DEFECTS AND COMPLAINTS

The provider is liable for material defects in accordance with applicable law. Complaints and claims for material defects are sent to info@lnem.si with a description of the problem and a photo of the product. The provider will respond to the consumer within 8 working days at the latest and provide an appropriate solution.
