GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. General

The general terms and conditions of the L'neM online store (www.lnem.si) have been compiled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia and the provisions on consumer protection and privacy (ZVPot-1, OZ, GDPR).

These general terms and conditions determine the terms of purchase, return, delivery and processing of personal data in the L'neM online store.

2. Product offering and prices

The L'neM online store presents products with images, descriptions and prices in euros (EUR).

Prices do not include delivery costs, which are indicated at the time of order completion.

The provider reserves the right to change prices and content without prior notice.

All changes are effective from the moment of publication on the website.

3. Payment methods

The buyer can make payment in the following ways:

transfer to a bank account (bank transfer),

payment by credit card,

payment via PayPal.

The order is confirmed when the provider receives confirmation of payment.

4. Delivery and personal pickup

We ship goods by post to Slovenia and abroad. The cost of postage is displayed when placing an order.

Personal pickup is also possible from Monday to Friday by prior arrangement.

The provider reserves the right to extend the delivery time in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. stock outage, postal delay).

5. Returns and withdrawal from the contract

A buyer who purchases goods as a consumer has the right, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

The buyer must notify the provider of the withdrawal by email at info@lnem.si and return the goods undamaged, in the same quantity and in the original packaging.

⚠ Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (ZVPot-1, Article 135):

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts whose subject matter is goods manufactured according to the consumer's precise instructions or adapted to his personal needs.

Because the L'neM online store offers embroidered or personalized products, returns are not legally possible for these products, except in the case of a material defect or damage during delivery.

If the buyer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must notify the provider within 8 days of receipt and attach proof (photo). The provider will fix the defect, replace the product or refund the purchase price.

6. Material error and complaints

The provider is liable for factual errors in accordance with applicable law.

Complaints and claims for material defects should be sent to info@lnem.si with a description of the problem and a photo of the product.

The provider will respond to the consumer within 8 working days at the latest and provide an appropriate solution.

7. Protection of personal data (Privacy Policy)

7.1 Data Controller

7.2 Purpose of processing

Personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the following purposes:

processing and delivery of orders,

communication with customers regarding orders,

invoicing,

keeping records of payments,

sending information or news (only with the express consent of the customer).

7.3 Data types

The following data is collected: name and surname, delivery address, email address, phone number, order information, IP address and any comments on the order.

7.4 Legal basis

Personal data is processed based on contractual obligations (execution of the order) and consent to be informed about new products, if the buyer confirms this.

7.5 Data retention

Data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the contract, accounting requirements and legal retention periods (maximum 10 years from the date of issue of the invoice).

7.6 Individual rights

The buyer has the right to:

access your data,

correction or deletion of data,

processing restrictions,

data transfer,

withdrawal of consent.

The buyer also has the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).

8. Copyright and liability

All content on the website (images, descriptions, logos, texts) is the property of Posredništvo in trgovina Martin Golob sp and may not be used without permission.

The provider does not assume responsibility for any errors in the content, improper use of the products, or temporary unavailability of the website.

9. Jurisdiction and dispute resolution

Slovenian law applies to all disputes between the provider and the buyer.

The parties will endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably, otherwise the court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction.

10. Final provisions

These terms and conditions enter into force on the day of publication on the website www.lnem.si and apply to all contracts concluded from that date onwards.

The provider reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
