When are telegrams delivered?

Telegrams are delivered from Monday
until Friday. Shipments are not shipped on weekends and holidays and are delivered on the next business day.

Can I send a telegram to all maternity hospitals?

No. Delivery to the Postojna and Izola maternity hospitals is not possible due to their restrictions. We recommend delivery to your home address.

How fast is the telegram delivered?

In most cases, the telegram is delivered the next business day, and often the same day.

What applies to orders placed on Friday?

Orders placed by 10:30 a.m. are delivered the same day.

Orders placed after 10:30 a.m. will be delivered on Monday or the first following business day.

What happens to orders placed during the weekend or holiday?

They are delivered on the first following working day.

Where do you deliver in person and where via express mail?

We deliver personally to the Ljubljana maternity hospital, and to other maternity hospitals via Express Mail.

Is the telegram delivered directly to the woman in labor in her room?

This depends on the rules of the individual maternity hospital. In some, this is not allowed.

What happens if the woman in labor is no longer in the maternity hospital?

If the shipment is rejected due to incorrect information, the shipping cost is not refunded.

We recommend that you check whether the woman in labor is still hospitalized before ordering.

What does it mean that the delivery has been completed?

Delivery is completed when the telegram is personally handed over to the recipient.

What if delivery is not possible?

In case of incorrect information, absence or refusal of the recipient, the telegram will be retained by the provider. If the buyer does not provide instructions within a reasonable time, the shipment will be considered delivered.

How much does it cost to deliver a telegram to a maternity hospital?

The price of delivery via express mail is €6.99.
